Recommended Use

We recommend not to overstack the fire and to use 30% – 40%. Always store in a dry place. A closed mesh guard should always be used with open fires.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Once payment has been made we will contact you to confirm the delivery address and time. Deliveries can be made using a tail lift truck with a manual pallet truck. Drivers will do their best to deliver products to where the customer would like them. However, if certain obstacles prevent this, ie steep incline, gravel drive, poor access road, steps etc, it may result in non-delivery. If you are unsure as to whether your location is suitable for a palletised delivery please advise when ordering. It is our policy to dispatch your order within 3 working days. However, whenever possible we will send orders the next day subject to stock levels – see full terms and conditions and delivery policy here.
