Our courier driver will contact you before delivery on the contact number you have provided unless it’s very early in the morning- it is your sole responsibility to be available to take this call.
Our delivery drivers only deliver to the kerbside.
Please note – if no one is home at the time of delivery and the driver feels there is no safe place to leave it, the firewood will be returned to the depo and you will have to pay the redelivery charge.
