Information

How to Measure

When gate posts are in place, take the measurement from the inside of one post to the inside of the other. Measure the height of your piers/posts from the ground to underneath the capping (if any).

Protecting your Gates

While all our wooden gates are pressure treated we recommend the use of a high-quality wood stain once the gate is erected. While transparent coatings protect from dust, grime and insects, wood stain is required to protect from UV rays.

Accessories

A large variety of wooden gate accessories are available to suit stone, brick, wood or block piers. Hinges, bolts, latches and throw-over loops are all available in epoxy black or galvanised finish. All wooden gates are quoted inclusive of hinges and latches.
