Firewood

We have Nestro Heat logs.

Our firewood has been dried in Kilns rather than dried naturally (seasoned- dried over a period of time).

All our firewood has moisture below 20% which is needed to provide the best burning firewood for our customers.

We have small and large crates available:

• Small Size is 1150 x 1050 x 800
• Large Size is 1150 x 1050 x 1600

Firelogs

• Size of heat log approximately 12 inches in length

Customers can come and collect from our yard if they wish.

We deliver all our firewood and heat logs via a fully insured courier (delivery charges apply).

We cannot provide a specific delivery time to customers as it depends solely on each individual courier schedule.

It is our policy to dispatch your order within 3 working days, however wherever possible we will send orders the next working day subject to stock levels.

Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

Our courier driver will contact you before delivery on the contact number you have provided unless it’s very early in the morning- it is your sole responsibility to be available to take this call.

Our delivery drivers only deliver to the kerbside.

Please note – if no one is home at the time of delivery and the driver feels there is no safe place to leave it, the firewood will be returned to the depo and you will have to pay the redelivery charge.

We require your name, contact number and eircode with every order.

You must advise at the time you place your order of any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as narrow entries, steep inclines, steps, gravel etc). If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees.

No. All products must be paid for in full before they are dispatched with our courier.

Terms: Once payment has been made we will contact you to confirm the delivery address. Deliveries can be made using a tail lift truck with a manual pallet truck. Drivers will do their best to deliver products to where the customer would like them. However, if certain obstacles prevent this, i.e. steep incline, gravel drive, poor access road, steps etc, it may result in non-delivery. If you are unsure as to whether your location is suitable for a palletised delivery please advise when ordering. It is our policy to dispatch your order within 3 working days.
